今天接着讲常见的iOS APP被拒条款以及解决方案:

2.1App Completeness

Submissionsto App Review, including apps you make available for pre-order, should be finalversions with all necessary metadata and fully functional URLs included;placeholder text, empty websites, and other temporary content should bescrubbed before submission. Make sure your app has been tested on-device forbugs and stability before you submit it, and include demo account info (andturn on your back-end service!) if your app includes a login. If you offerin-app purchases in your app, make sure they are complete, up-to-date, andvisible to the reviewer, or that you explain why not in your review notes.Please don’t treat App Review as a software testing service. We will rejectincomplete app bundles and binaries that crash or exhibit obvious technicalproblems.

2.1应用程序的完整性

解决方案:

不同于2.1大礼包,这是APP审核条款中的2.1项。

提交App应包含所有必要的的元数据及打开后端服务,确保不能出现占位符;同时如果包含登录信息,要确保提供正确的账号及密码;提交前进行必要的测试,保证苹果审核时不出现崩溃

 

2.3Accurate Metadata

Customersshould know what they’re getting when they download or buy your app, so makesure your app description, screenshots, and previews accurately reflect theapp’s core experience and remember to keep them up-to-date with new versions.

客户应该知道他们在下载或购买您的 app 时会得到什么,所以请确保 app 的描述、屏幕快照和预览能够准确反映 app 的核心体验,并记得不断更新,以便保持与新版本相应的最新状态。

2.3.8 Metadatashould be appropriate for all audiences, so make sure your app and in-apppurchase icons, screenshots, and previews adhere to a 4+ age rating even ifyour app is rated higher. For example, if your app is a game that includesviolence, select images that don’t depict a gruesome death or a gun pointed ata specific character. Use of terms like “For Kids” and “For Children” in appmetadata is reserved for the Kids Category. Remember to ensure your metadata,including app name and icons (small, large, Apple Watch app, alternate icons,etc.), are similar to avoid creating confusion.

2.3.8主要是分级问题,少数App会遇到此类问题,做到对App准确的分级。同时避免标题、描述等出现敏感词汇,Icon、截图也要避免衣着暴露及性描写,苹果认为4+的孩子也能浏览到此项内容,即使分级较高也不行。不要因为小的分级问题,而因小失大。

 

3.2.1 Acceptable

(i) Displayingyour own apps for purchase or promotion within your app, provided the app isnot merely a catalog of your apps.

(ii) Displayingor recommending a collection of third party apps that are designed for aspecific approved need (e.g. health management, aviation, accessibility). Yourapp should provide robust editorial content so that it doesn’t seem like a merestorefront.

(iii) Disablingaccess to specific approved rental content (e.g. films, television programs,music, books) after the rental period has expired; all other items and servicesmay not expire.

(iv) Walletpasses can be used to make or receive payments, transmit offers, or offeridentification (such as movie tickets, coupons, and VIP credentials). Otheruses may result in the rejection of the app and the revocation of Walletcredentials.

(v) Insuranceapps must be free, in legal-compliance in the regions distributed, and cannotuse in-app purchase.

(vi) Approvednonprofits may fundraise directly within their own apps or third-party apps,provided those fundraising campaigns adhere to all App Review Guidelines andoffer Apple Pay support. These apps must disclose how the funds will be used,abide by all required local and federal laws, and ensure appropriate taxreceipts are available to donors. Additional information shall be provided toApp Review upon request. Nonprofit platforms that connect donors to othernonprofits must ensure that every nonprofit listed in the app has also gonethrough the nonprofit approval process. (vii) Appsmay enable individual users to give a monetary gift to another individualwithout using in-app purchase, provided that (a) the gift is a completelyoptional choice by the giver, and (b) 100% of the funds go to the receiver ofthe gift. However, a gift that is connected to or associated at any point intime with receiving digital content or services must use in-app purchase.

(viii) Appsused for financial trading, investing, or money management should come from thefinancial institution performing such services or must use a public API offeredby the institution in compliance with its Terms & Conditions.

3.2.1 可以接受

(i) 在您的 app 中,出于购买或促销目的而展示您的其他 app,只要您的 app 不只是简单地罗列其他 app。

(vi) 经批准的非营利组织可以在他们持有的 App 或第三方 app 内进行筹款活动,前提是这些筹款活动必须遵守所有的 App Review 准则并提供 Apple Pay 支持。这类 app 必须披露资金的计划用途,遵守所有必要的当地和联邦政府法律,并且确保向捐款人提供相应的报税收据。在被要求时,还应向 App Review 团队提供其他信息。向捐款人介绍其他非营利组织的非营利组织平台必须确保 app 中列出的每一家非营利组织都已通过非营利组织批准流程。进一步了解如何成为受批准的非营利组织 (英文)。

(vii)App 可允许个人用户使用非 App 内购买项目机制向另一位个人送赠货币式礼物,前提为:a) 送赠方拥有决定是否进行送赠的完全自主权,b) 获赠方收取 100% 的礼物金额。然而,礼物若在任何时间点对应或包含接收任何数字内容或服务,则必须使用 App 内购买项目。

(viii)App 如用于金融交易,投资或资金管理,发布方应为执行此类服务的金融机构,或必须使用由相应机构根据自身条款与条件提供的公共 API。

解决方案:

3.2.1可接受的商业模式,此类问题,根据苹果邮件描述,定位问题,修改后进行回复。

 

4.1 Copycats

Comeup with your own ideas. We know you have them, so make yours come to life.Don’t simply copy the latest popular app on the App Store, or make someminor changes to another app’s name or UI and pass it off as your own. Inaddition to risking an intellectual property infringement claim, it makes theApp Store harder to navigate and just isn’t fair to your fellowdevelopers.

4.1 抄袭者

请拿出您自己的想法。我们知道您有自己的奇思妙想,那么请将它们付诸实际。请不要简单照搬 App Store 上的热门 app,或只是细微修改其他 app 的名称或 UI,就将其挪为己用。这么做不但有引发知识产权侵权索赔的风险,更会加大在 App Store 中浏览的难度,而且对您的开发者同仁来说也不公平。

4.2 Minimum Functionality

Yourapp should include features, content, and UI that elevate it beyond arepackaged website. If your app is not particularly useful, unique, or“app-like,” it doesn’t belong on the App Store. If your App doesn’tprovide some sort of lasting entertainment value, or is just plain creepy, itmay not be accepted. Apps that are simply a song or movie should be submittedto the iTunes Store. Apps that are simply a book or game guide should besubmitted to the iBooks Store.

4.2 最低功能要求

App 应包含功能、内容和 UI,而不仅仅是一个经过重新包装的网站。如果 app 没有什么实用价值、毫无新意或者不太像是一个 app,那它就不适合出现在 App Store 中。如果 app 不能带来持久的娱乐价值,或只是让人感到毛骨悚然,则无法获得批准。如果 app 只是一首歌曲或一部影片,则应提交到 iTunes Store。如果 app 只是一本书籍或游戏指南,则应提交到 iBooks Store。

解决方案:

4.2最低功能,一般是web聚合应用,此类App功能较为简单,包体较小。一般需要重新设计App,增加App的复杂度及减少web聚合内容。

 

5.1 Privacy

Protectinguser privacy is paramount in the Apple ecosystem, and you should use care whenhandling personal data to ensure you’ve complied with privacybest practices, applicable laws and the terms of the Apple DeveloperProgram License Agreement, not to mention customer expectations.

5.1 隐私

在 Apple 生态体系中,保护用户隐私总是第一要务。您要在处理个人数据时小心谨慎,以确保遵守了隐私保护最佳做法 (英文)、适用的法律和“AppleDeveloper Program 许可协议 (英文)”中的条款,并满足客户的期望。

解决方案:

5.1隐私问题,此类问题与2.1大礼包中5.3.4条款解决方法(2)一致,根据苹果邮件中具体的隐私条款向苹果说明采集改数据的合理性及必须性。如:新闻类  App 需要用户位置信息,目的是根据地域的不同而向用户推送不同的新闻内容。并且在采取用户数据信息之前需要给予用户提示,并得到用户的允许,或设置为可选。

 

5.3 Gaming, Gambling, andLotteries

Gambling,gaming, and lotteries can be tricky to manage and tend to be one of the mostregulated offerings on the App Store. Only include this functionality ifyou’ve fully vetted your legal obligations everywhere you make your appavailable and are prepared for extra time during the review process. Somethings to keep in mind:

5.3.1 Sweepstakesand contests must be sponsored by the developer of the app.

5.3.2 Officialrules for sweepstakes, contests, and raffles must be presented in the app andmake clear that Apple is not a sponsor or involved in the activity in anymanner.

5.3.3 Appsmay not use in-app purchase to purchase credit or currency for use in conjunctionwith real money gaming of any kind, and may not enable people to purchaselottery or raffle tickets or initiate fund transfers in the app.

5.3.4 Appsthat offer real money gaming (e.g. sports betting, poker, casino games, horseracing) or lotteries must have necessary licensing and permissions in thelocations where the App is used, must be geo-restricted to those locations, andmust be free on the App Store. Illegal gambling aids, including cardcounters, are not permitted on the App Store. Lottery apps must haveconsideration, chance, and a prize.

5.3 游戏、赌博和彩票

赌博、游戏和彩票的管理难度大,是 App Store 上受到最多管制的 app 类别之一。只有全面核实了即将发布您的 app 的所有国家/地区的相关法律要求后,才能包含此功能,并且要做好准备此功能的审核流程需要更长的时间。您需要谨记以下事项:

5.3.1抽奖和比赛必须由app 的开发者赞助。

5.3.2抽奖、比赛和抽彩的正式规则必须在 app 中注明,并且必须明确表示 Apple 不是赞助者,也没有以任何形式参与活动。

5.3.3App 不得通过App 内购买项目购买点数或货币,以用于任何种类的真实货币游戏;不得向用户出售彩票或抽彩券;不得在 app 内进行资金转账。

5.3.4提供真实货币游戏 (例如体育下注、扑克、赌场游戏、赛马) 或彩票的 app 必须在使用该app 的地区获得必要的许可和批准,且只能在这些地区发布,此类 app 在 App Store 中必须免费提供。App Store 上不允许发布非法的赌博辅助工具,包括记牌器。彩票 app 必须有报酬、几率及奖品。

解决方案:

5.3游戏,赌博和彩票。正如苹果描述“赌博,游戏和彩票可能很难管理,并且往往是App Store上受监管最多的产品之一。”在经历了8/9日的“大清理”之后,想必以后苹果对此类应用的审核会更加严格,尤其是个人开发者上架此类App。在当前的情况下,如果是个人账号的话,解决方法与5.2.1资质问题基本一致了,个人开发者可以找相关公司账号代理服务商,再包体上架通过后,可以通过转让App转让到自己相关的账号下面。
